The Daily News reports that he was arrested after being asked to leave the store. But that rarely needs to lead to an arrest. He should be escorted out. if he makes a fuss, then perhaps there's a mental health issue that needs to be addressed, rather than going right to using force. Did police make any kind of real effort to resolve the situation without arrest and force?
